Holiday at the Alm 1350

Enjoying the mountain sun on your face.

Prices are per night for the entire apartment, excluding local tax (€2.95/night). There are no discounts for children in the apartment.

Arrival/departure days and minimum stay:

During the winter high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, and arrival is only possible on Saturdays or Sundays.
In the low season, you can stay for 3 or 4 nights – with arrival on Sunday or Thursday.

In summer, we also look forward to your visit for 3 or 4 nights, with arrival and departure also only possible on Sundays or Thursdays.
During the holiday season from mid-July to the end of August, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival and departure on Saturdays or Sundays.

Alm-Breakfast:
Our apartment guests receive a daily breakfast in summer. You can enjoy a relaxed start to the day in your apartment or in the Alm-Restaurant.

Hearty pot dishes for a cozy evening
Order delicious, pre-cooked dishes for easy preparation directly in your apartment.

In summer, you can simply place your order by telephone at Hotel Marten – please do so by 12:00 p.m. on the same day at the latest (for an additional charge).

Summer season 2026

After an interval, the apartments will be available to summer guests again from end of May till beginning of October.

Winter season 2025/26

During our winter season we warmly welcome you from December 2025 till April 2026 in our Alm-Apartments and spoil you with culinary delights in our Alm-Restaurant.

Cancellation conditions

Summer season

Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.
If the reservation is canceled more than 2 weeks before arrival, we will charge an empty bed fee for the booked stay. The empty bed fee is 90% of the apartment price.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Winter season

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
From a cancellation of 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the room price.
From a cancellation of 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% oft he room price.
For „No-Shows“ we charge the whole price oft the room.

Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

Dogs
are not allowed in our apartments.

Deposit
We require a deposit of 30% of the total price.

How do you get to us?

How to get to us?

Your arrival in winter
In winter, you can reach the Alm 1350 in the traditional way ONLY with the Hochalmbahn gondola, which operates daily from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.. This takes you and your luggage comfortably from the valley to an altitude of 1,350 meters.

You can park your car near the valley station. You will be waiting for you at the top of the mountain station – the Alm is directly connected to the station via a staircase.

Your journey in summer
In the warmer months of the year, you can also reach the Alm very flexibly by car, bike or on foot.

At the Hotel Marten, Martenweg 9, you will receive your room cards and all the important information about your stay – just relax before the ascent or driveway.
