The above prices are quoted per night for the whole apartment and include tourist tax (€2.00/night). There are no discounts for children in the apartment.
Minimum booking duration and possible days for start and end of your stay:
Please note that in winter the minimum booking duration is 7 nights.
In summer the minimum booking duration is 3 nights and the stay can start and end only on Sunday or on Wednesday. During summertime (July 15th – August 15th) the minimum booking duration is 7 nights. And the stay must begin on a Saturday.

- During your stay, meals can be pre-ordered in the Alm 1350 restaurant (please order in advance by 03:00 p.m. on the same day), which you then only need to cook/heat up in the fully equipped kitchen

For your culinary needs
Breakfast time
On arrival, our apartment guests are issued with a breakfast basket (included in accommodation price) at the Hotel Marten. You can breakfast just as you like in your own apartment. Your breakfast basket can be refilled daily for a charge (please order at the previous day until 4:00 p.m.).
Nourishing one-pot dishes
When you know you won’t have the time to cook, just order one of one-pot dishes. One one-pot dishes is already included during your stay. Please just place your order with the Hotel Marten by phone by 4:00 pm on the previous day and your order will be cooked for you and delivered to your apartment when you want it.
Seasons
Summer season 2024
After an interval, the apartments will be available to summer guests again from June to September . Please note that our mountain restaurant will be closed for the whole of the summer season.
Winter season 2024/25
During our winter season we warmly welcome you from December to April in our Alm-Apartments and spoil you with culinary delights in our Alm-Restaurant.
Cancellation conditions
Summer season
- Cancellation of the reservation free of charge is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival.
- If the reservation is canceled more than 2 weeks before arrival, we will charge an empty bed fee for the booked stay. The empty bed fee is 90% of the apartment price.
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Winter season
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
- From a cancellation of 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the room price.
- From a cancellation of 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% oft he room price.
- For „No-Shows“ we charge the whole price oft the room.
Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
How do you get to us?
Arrival in winter:
In winter you can only reach the Alm 1350 in the traditional way with the Hochalmbahn gondola. This is in operation daily from 09:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.. This takes you and your luggage directly from the valley up to an altitude of 1,350 m.
You can park your car near the Hochalmbahn valley station. Someone from the accommodation will be waiting for you at the mountain station, which is directly connected to the Alm via a staircase.
Arrival in summer:
In summer, you can also reach the Alm by car, bike or on foot.
At Hotel Marten in the valley you will receive your room cards and all the information you need for your stay.
