The above prices are quoted per night for the whole apartment and include tourist tax (€2.00/night). There are no discounts for children in the apartment.
Minimum booking duration and possible days for start and end of your stay:
Please note that in winter the minimum booking duration is 7 nights.
In summer the minimum booking duration is 3 nights and the stay can start and end only on Sunday or on Wednesday. During summertime (July 15th – August 15th) the minimum booking duration is 7 nights. And the stay must begin on a Saturday.

For your culinary needs
Breakfast time
On arrival, our apartment guests are issued with a breakfast basket (included in accommodation price) at the Hotel Marten. You can breakfast just as you like in your own apartment. Your breakfast basket can be refilled daily for a charge (please order at the previous day until 4:00 p.m.).
Nourishing one-pot dishes
When you know you won’t have the time to cook, just order one of one-pot dishes. One one-pot dishes are already included during your stay. Please just place your order with the Hotel Marten by phone by 4:00 pm on the previous day and your order will be cooked for you and delivered to your apartment when you want it.
Seasons
Summer season 2023
After an interval, the apartments will be available to summer guests again from June 8th – September 30th 2023 . Please note that our mountain restaurant will be closed for the whole of the summer season.
Winter season 2023/24
During our winter season we warmly welcome you from December 8th to April 1st 2024 in our Alm-Apartments and spoil you with culinary delights in our Alm-Restaurant.
Cancellation conditions
- Summer season
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: no cancellation fee will be charged - From 2 weeks before arrival: vacant bed fee for 3 days (90% of the room price)
- From 5 days before arrival: vacant bed fee for the stay booked of 90%
- Up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival date the Alm 1350 shall be entitled to withdraw from the accommodation agreement provided that it is objectively justified.
Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
Winter season
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
- From a cancellation of 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the room price.
- From a cancellation of 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% oft he room price.
- For „No-Shows“ we charge the whole price oft the room.
Otherwise the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
How do you get to us?
In the traditional way – by using the Hochalm cable car. In both winter and summer. The cable car will bring you and your luggage directly up to an elevation of 1350 metres. You can park your car near the valley station of the Hochalm cable car. We will be waiting to welcome you at the summit station which is linked by steps directly with Alm 1350. If you prefer, you can also reach us in summer using your car or on foot.
If you intend to use the cable car, please make sure you arrive before 4:00 pm as this is when the last gondola leaves.
You can also check-in and check-out and get your transponder room card in the Hotel Marten. There are car parking spaces directly next to the hotel.
